The Howlers latest CD, packed full of songs and tunes from North Somerset’s Mendip hills and Chew valley, mostly
collected by Cecil Sharp in the early years of the twentieth century. His manuscripts are now
freely available online, thanks to the wonderful resource The Full English, coordinated and hosted by the English Folk Dance
and Song Society’s Vaughan Williams Memorial Library .
